Sera ya Faragha

Sera hii inaeleza jinsi BIASHARA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION ("sisi") tunavyokusanya, kutumia na kulinda taarifa binafsi kwenye BIASHARA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION, kwa kuzingatia Sheria ya Ulinzi wa Taarifa Binafsi ya Tanzania, 2022.

1. Taarifa tunazokusanya

• Akaunti: jina, barua pepe, namba ya simu, picha ya profile (ukiiweka) na nenosiri (linahifadhiwa likiwa limefichwa kwa hash; hatuwezi kulisoma).
• Data ya biashara: taarifa unazoingiza kama bidhaa, mauzo, manunuzi, matumizi, wateja, wauzaji na wafanyakazi.
• Kiufundi: anwani ya IP, aina ya kivinjari, muda wa kuingia, na kumbukumbu za shughuli (audit log) kwa ajili ya usalama.
• Malipo: Selcom inashughulikia malipo yako. Sisi tunahifadhi namba ya order, kiasi, namba ya muamala na namba ya simu iliyotumika. Hatuhifadhi PIN wala namba za kadi.

2. Kwa nini tunazitumia

• Kukupa huduma na kuiboresha.
• Kulinda akaunti na kuzuia udanganyifu.
• Kupokea malipo ya mpango na kukutumia taarifa muhimu (kama mialiko na kurejesha nenosiri).
• Kutimiza matakwa ya sheria.

3. Taarifa za wateja na wafanyakazi wako

Taarifa unazoingiza kuhusu wateja na wafanyakazi wako ni zako: wewe ndiye mdhibiti (controller), na sisi tunazishughulikia kwa niaba yako tu, kwa ajili ya kukupa huduma.

4. Tunashiriki na nani

• Selcom, kwa ajili ya malipo.
• Watoa huduma wa seva (hosting) na barua pepe tunaowatumia kuendesha huduma, chini ya makubaliano ya usiri.
• Mamlaka za serikali pale tu sheria inapotutaka.

Hatuuzi taarifa zako kwa mtu yeyote, wala hatuzitumii kwa matangazo.

5. Usalama

• Mawasiliano yote yanapita kwa HTTPS (yamefichwa).
• Kila biashara inaona data yake peke yake, na kila mtu anaona tu kile cheo chake kinaruhusu.
• Uthibitisho wa hatua mbili (2FA) upo kwa kila akaunti.
• Picha na faili zinahifadhiwa kwa siri na zinaonekana kwa watu wenye ruhusa tu.
• Tunahifadhi nakala za data (backups) mara kwa mara.

6. Muda wa kuhifadhi

Tunahifadhi taarifa wakati akaunti iko hai. Ukiomba kufutwa kwa akaunti, tutafuta taarifa zako ndani ya siku 90, isipokuwa zile ambazo sheria inatutaka tuzitunze (kwa mfano kumbukumbu za malipo).

7. Haki zako

Una haki ya kuona taarifa zako, kuzirekebisha, kuomba zifutwe, na kupinga matumizi fulani. Kwa ombi lolote wasiliana nasi hapa chini. Pia una haki ya kuwasilisha malalamiko kwa Tume ya Ulinzi wa Taarifa Binafsi (PDPC).

8. Cookies

Tunatumia cookies muhimu tu: za kukuweka umeingia kwenye akaunti, kukumbuka mapendeleo kama mwonekano wa giza, na kwa usalama. Hatutumii cookies za matangazo.

9. Watoto

Huduma hii ni ya biashara na haikusudiwi kwa watu walio chini ya miaka 18.

10. Mabadiliko na mawasiliano

This policy explains how BIASHARA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION ("we") collects, uses and protects personal information in BIASHARA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION, in line with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number, profile photo (if you add one) and password (stored as a hash; we cannot read it).
• Business data: what you enter, such as products, sales, purchases, expenses, customers, suppliers and staff.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, sign-in times and an activity log (audit log) for security.
• Payments: Selcom processes your payments. We keep the order number, amount, transaction reference and the phone number used. We never store PINs or card numbers.

2. Why we use it

• To provide and improve the service.
• To protect accounts and prevent fraud.
• To take plan payments and send you important messages (such as invitations and password resets).
• To meet legal obligations.

3. Your customers' and staff's information

Information you enter about your customers and staff is yours: you are the controller, and we process it only on your behalf to provide the service.

4. Who we share with

• Selcom, for payments.
• The hosting and email providers we use to run the service, under confidentiality terms.
• Government authorities only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Security

• All traffic uses HTTPS (encrypted).
• Each business sees only its own data, and each person sees only what their role allows.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for every account.
• Photos and files are stored privately and shown only to people allowed to see them.
• We back up data regularly.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information while the account is active. If you ask for your account to be deleted, we delete your information within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records).

7. Your rights

You have the right to see your information, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, and object to some uses. Contact us below for any request. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

8. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember preferences such as dark mode, and for security. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

This is a business service and is not meant for people under 18.

10. Changes and contact
