Questions

What happens when the trial or plan ends?

Nothing is deleted. You can still open everything and print reports, but you cannot sell or add anything until you pay. Paying turns everything back on at once.

How do I pay?

In the app, open Billing, choose a plan and enter your mobile money number. A payment request comes to your phone; enter your PIN. Card payment is available on the Selcom page.

Can I change plan?

Yes. Pay for the plan you want; the time is added after what you already have. A smaller plan works once you are within its number of branches and people.

Are receipts TRA (EFD) receipts?

No. Receipts from the system are for your customers and records. Keep using your EFD machine or VFD for fiscal receipts.
