What is BIASHARA ENTERPRISE SOLUTION?
An online business management platform. It covers products, stock, branches, purchases, suppliers, sales at the till (also without internet), proformas, credit sales and returns, customer debts, expenses, salaries, taxes, a live dashboard, reports, SMS and WhatsApp messages, and staff access.
Which types of businesses can use it?
Retail shops, wholesalers, supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores, distributors, restaurants and service businesses. Each business sets its own units, VAT and roles.
How do I create an account?
Select “Get started”, enter your name, email and a password, and confirm your email address. You are then asked for your business details and become the business owner.
Can I manage my inventory and sales?
Inventory, yes: products, stock levels, receipts, write-offs, adjustments, shelf counts and a full stock history. Sales too: a point of sale with cash, mobile money and card payments and printed receipts.
Can I add employees to my business?
Yes. Invite them with a link and give each person a role such as manager, accountant, cashier or storekeeper, or create your own roles.
Can I access the system remotely?
Yes. BIASHARA runs in the web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and can be installed like an app. The till also keeps selling without internet.
What happens when the internet goes off?
Open the offline till and keep selling. Sales are kept on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns; each one is recorded once, with its real time.
Can I send receipts by WhatsApp?
Yes. Send receipts, quotations and debt reminders by WhatsApp or SMS. With a WhatsApp Business account connected, they go in one click with a picture of the receipt.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, staff and sales, stock moves between branches by transfer, and the owner sees the totals of all branches.
Is my data safe, and can I take it out?
Each business sees only its own records, every change is in the audit history, and the system is backed up every night in encrypted form. The owner can download all the data as Excel files at any time.

How are subscriptions and pricing handled?
Every new business starts with a free trial. After that, choose a monthly plan by the number of branches and users; paying yearly gives 12 months for the price of 10.
